Enhanced Cloud Interface
Remote Event Launch
With the Carina Cloud Portal, admins can remotely manage any school in their school district:
- Create or change bell schedules per school by zone
- Upload recorded audio announcements
- Add or update pre-recorded announcements with custom display text
- View overall platform and individual device health for every Carina device
Administrators no longer need to drive or create complicated VPN network connections to each school to update bell schedules and calendars. Bell schedules and cloud remote management is available from any location with internet access.
Set an Extension to Trigger an Event
Admins can remotely set extensions for pre-recorded events, ensuring seamless event launches from VoIP phone systems even if on-campus configurations were overlooked.
Zone Naming from the Cloud
Customize and manage zone names remotely through the Carina Cloud Interface, streamlining the process of targeting specific areas for announcements and alerts.
Live Broadcast Extensions
Forgot to set an extension for the principal to make announcements from the VoIP phone system? No problem. With Carina Cloud Interface, IT Admins can remotely set extensions for live broadcasts.
Raptor Alert Integration
In the event of an emergency, such as a school lockdown, alerts initiated via the Raptor Alert app will instantly broadcast lockdown messages across the Carina system, delivering critical information simultaneously to all Carina devices including speakers and displays.
Support for the Carina Radio Controller (CRC)
The CRC bridges communication gaps between personnel using radios and desk phones. With this support, radios can communicate directly with VoIP phones, eliminating the need for additional radios on desks and enhancing overall communication efficiency.
