Please take a moment to review the Carina Upgrade Guide to ensure your system is ready.

What You’ll Need
This form will ask for the following details from your Carina Event Manager:

  • Serial Number
  • MAC Address

After submitting this form, you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions on downloading and sending your Carina Event Manager backup configuration file to cloud-setup@wahsega.com. A video tutorial will help guide you through the process.
