The Wahsega Single Channel Zone controller is a utilitarian tool that allows organizations to achieve many objectives with the main one being the ability to connect older legacy systems with the Carina platform. Through the use of line level audio, Carina audio announcements can be fed into an analog amplifier or directly into self-amplified analog speakers. This is vital for organizations with multiple buildings to tie in older systems during the transitionary period of upgrading everything to a digital system.

Send or receive broadcasted audio and voice to analog paging speakers within specified zones using the Wahsega Single Channel Zone Controller. The Zone Controller can be configured to act as an input or output. With a single IP endpoint, multiple configuration scenarios are possible using VoIP, multicasting or unicasting.
Leveraging the power of VoIP, the IP Paging Zone Controller can use any SIP-based telephone system to create a large paging network using existing VoIP telephones.
